Mar Egeo was founded by Emrecan Barut through a combination of real estate experience, property management, family roots in construction, and a long-standing connection to Mexico.
Construction has always been part of the family background. Emrecan grew up around renovation and building work through his father, Birol Barut, whose practical experience in construction and materials continues to contribute to Mar Egeo’s wider perspective on projects and building solutions.
Later experience in property management and real estate added a strong client-service perspective and a clearer understanding of what buyers, investors, and project partners need.
After building relationships across Mexico and seeing how often clients struggled to find reliable information, trusted connections, and coordinated support, Mar Egeo was created to make the process easier.
The company continues to grow around the part of business we value most: connecting people with the right properties, opportunities, materials, partners, and ideas.
